NC State Bookstores is looking for someone to work within our Textbook Division to work during Spring Rush. The position will begin work January 4, 2018 and will last through the end of January.

The position is fast paced and the candidate selected will be able to work well under pressure.

The job duties will include:

Operating cash register (ensures accuracy of sales) and handling returns

Establishing and maintaining a high level of customer service in accordance with bookstore and college philosophy

Assisting in the processing of all bookstore sales, including walk-in, phone and online sales

Maintaining accurate records and clean department (Customer paperwork and stock)
