Griffin Insurance Solutions is looking for you! We sell insurance, but our company does it differently, and we are looking for a different kind of candidate. We specialize in building relationships, partnerships, and trust. We work one-on-one with the elderly of North Carolina, helping them navigate the confusing maze of Medicare. Whereas many other agencies seek to make the most money off of as many sales and clients as possible, we put our clients’ needs above all else. We prioritize their health care needs and financial limitations.

And so we’re looking for that special candidate who wants to expand our mission. Our ideal candidate has:

• Postsecondary high school education and/or Equivalent sales experience. College graduate a big plus
• Superior Customer Service Skills with excellent phone conduct
• Strong desire to help others
• Energy, Self-Motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to complete North Carolina State Insurance Licensing Requirements along with all necessary certifications and continuing education requirements
• Professional Appearance and Conduct
• Reliable Transportation
• Organizational skills
• Flexibility to work Independently or collaboratively
• Willingness to work occasional late evenings
• Fluency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and willingness to learn new programs on the job

What you’ll be doing:

• Make outbound B2C calls using warm leads to introduce our company and services, earn appointments, and help educate seniors on how Medicare works
• Qualify potential customers for in-home/in-office appointments
• Be a trusted and reassuring subject matter expert on all things Medicare as it pertains to the client. Answer questions in relation to the client’s annual changes, • Prescription Drug Coverage, and Medicare

We offer a competitive Base Salary ($24,000) + Commission and Bonuses, along with annual increases dependent upon production and client retention. With our sales and commission-based pay structure, a motivated employee will be earning six figures within 4-5 years.
