Job Purpose

The Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager provides advisory expertise focusing on internal marketing and sales analytics within the commercial teams of Bioventus. The incumbent interfaces with the Business Intelligence and IT departments to process information on markets, competitors and strategically relevant topics and provide insights to the Marketing team to develop appropriate marketing strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share. He/She acts as a trusted advisor for the global marketers at all levels and enables them to compete more successfully. The incumbent is responsible for managing the streamlining of internal data and providing actionable insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Analytics, Reporting and Data Integration

* Manage the integration of internal data sources to ensure that Marketing has the analytics to achieve its objectives and reporting tools to provide market insights.

* Develop internal market research reports and provides presentations that set forth conclusions and actionable recommendations

Strategic Planning

* Provide appropriate input relative to short-term and long-term marketing and business plan development.

Business Intelligence

* Work very closely with Marketing to identify their market/competitive intelligence needs and provide solutions.

* Provide relevant market intelligence to internal stakeholders based on Bioventus data sets.

* Develop content for and responsible for the delivery of market intelligence related training.

* Collaborate with BI and other market research personnel to ensure alignment of data across the organization.

Other duties as assigned

* Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Education and Experience


* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics or equivalent degree is required.

* Extensive knowledge of data sources to include CRM, ERP,


* Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Access is essential.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

* Must be self-motivated with high commitment and proactive mindset.

* Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams is necessary.

* Excellent verbal and written skills are desired.

* Strategic, critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential.


* 8 or more years of related experience

* Minimum of 5 years of medical device or healthcare industry experience.

* Minimum of 8 years overall experience

* Demonstrated project management experience
